Blue Cloud Mobility’s Smart Mobile Manager^tm (SMM) employs its proprietary smart-procurement-wizard to facilitate all provisioning of mobile devices and services from new mobile lines, device upgrades to line-feature changes and plan changes.

The smart-procurement-wizard takes out the complexity of device and service provisioning by walking the user through the ordering process with easy to understand questions and options.

The procurement process ties in with SMM’s RBAC (role-based-access control) to allow for procurements to go thru (managerial) approval process before orders (tickets) are submitted for completion.

SMM integrates with a number of carrier specific dealers to fulfill all procurement orders. All order tickets are updated as they go thru the fulfillment process and can be viewed online or via notifications thru email & sms.

The procurements system is coupled with asset management and cost analysis.
